Hotels and guesthouses

Quiet heating and cooling for hotels and guesthouses

Guests want quiet, the temperature they choose and a warm bathroom. We design systems with heat pumps and quiet terminals, controlled room by room, also suitable for older buildings.

What matters

The building's needs

  • Quiet at night

Zephir is designed for bedrooms and lowers its own noise near the set temperature. Lolly has a super-silent mode.

  • Control in every room

Each room has its own thermostat or remote control. With automation, management can see and adjust the zones from one place.

  • Warm bathrooms

EOS heats and cools the bathroom and can have towel bars, including heated ones.

  • Older buildings and protected façades

EOL has no outdoor unit, so the façade stays as it is.

The solution

What the system can include

  • Air-to-water heat pumps, a buffer tank and solar panels on the roof.
  • Quiet wall-mounted terminals in the rooms: Zephir or Lolly.
  • EOS in bathrooms, with optional towel bars.
  • Brisell OC in the false ceiling of rooms or common areas, with FastFan distribution.
  • Noto+ heat recovery units for fresh air room by room.
  • Vision+ thermostats and app control with Wi-Fi+.

Stages

How a project runs

  1. First conversation

You tell us about the building and what you want. We ask for drawings, bills or details of the existing system, if you have them.

  2. Site visit and assessment

On site we check the roof, the plant rooms, the electrical connection and the possible pipe and duct routes.

  3. Design and quote

We propose the layout, the equipment and the work stages, with a price for each stage.

  4. Installation and commissioning

We install, balance and commission the system, then train the people who use and manage it.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us

Can the terminal be heard at night?

Sollis terminals have tangential fans with DC Inverter motors and quiet modes. The Sollis 2024 catalog gives 11–42 dB(A) for Zephir, measured at 1.5 m, and 15.2–21.4 dB(A) for Lolly in super-silent mode, measured at 2 m. We choose the right model and speed for bedrooms.

Can guests set the temperature?

Yes. Each room has its own thermostat or remote control. In systems with automation, management can see and adjust the zones from one place.

Can the work be done while the hotel is open?

We plan the work in stages, by room or by floor, together with management, so you can keep welcoming guests.

Does the same system also cool?

Yes. Reversible air-to-water heat pumps produce hot water in winter and chilled water in summer. The fan coils use the same pipes and, in summer, they dehumidify the air, so their condensate is connected to a drain.
