Description
About FiloZero
FiloZero is an air vent that disappears silently thanks to electromechanical technology that moves its surfaces in symbiosis with the air conditioning system, pleasantly fitting to sight and silence.
FiloZero is the motorized metal vent with a smooth front surface, treated with a special primer that allows the same water-based paint as the wall to be applied. The front plate is mounted with magnetic hooks and is adjustable to adapt to the thickness of the mortar layer from 2 to 10 mm. A pair of electrothermal actuators retracts the plate with a stroke of 4 cm to allow the flow of hot or cold air. Sound-absorbing polyurethane foam guides are shaped to ensure air passage with reduced pressure losses and further reduction of duct noise.
The plenum is thermally insulated with a 5-mm layer. A DN 160 duct connection is made on the back side. The front flange allows installation on plasterboard sheets. 24V DC power supply.
Where it is used
- FiloZero is the vent designed for an invisible hydronic air-conditioning installation in residential buildings. The vent is suitable for wall installation on plasterboard with a DN 160 duct connection on the rear side.
- When the room needs to be air-conditioned, the vent is powered with 24 V DC: the electrothermal actuators push the front plate back by 4 cm and the air can flow around it. The opening time is about 4 minutes.
