What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the details you enter: name, phone, email, town or city, building type, number of apartments, the interests you tick and your message. Please do not send personal identification numbers, copies of ID documents or bank details through the form.
Why we use it
We use the data to answer your request, prepare an assessment or a quote and discuss a possible partnership. Sending the form does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
Where it goes
Requests are recorded in an internal register hosted in Google Sheets and notified to us by email. The register is not public. The website's hosting provider and Google are used to transmit and store the data.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and, if we sign a contract, for as long as the law requires for contractual documents.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing, as provided by law. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
