About Zephir
Zephir is the wall-mounted hydronic terminal equipped with HydroSilence technology for acoustic and thermal comfort. Specifically designed for residential applications, Zephir packs PID thermal and electronic technology into a compact and elegant form. Ideal in heat pump systems and renewable systems, including solar. Fast and effective, it heats, cools and dehumidifies in complete silence.
With 5 cooling powers available from 1.1 to 3.3 thermal kW, Zephir is the complete solution for hydronic air conditioning with cross-flow technology, advantageous in systems with modern reversible heat pumps. The dehumidifying effect adds well-being to the rooms.
Zephir's design is developed to find a place in the most elegant residential environments, with a focus also on compactness (width less than 90 cm). Furthermore, Zephir can be universally installed with common predisposition boxes for gas splits (h.int > 10 cm). The convenient fixing plate, which facilitates installation and maintenance thanks to the "tilting hinge" joint, remains completely invisible.
Designed for maximum comfort, Zephir incorporates HydroSilence technology: noiselessness and thermal power modulation. It is controllable by remote control, thermostat, Wi-Fi or via Modbus.
The Zephir HW comfosplit hydronic terminal, for wall installation, is designed to ensure high quietness, even in the sleeping area. Elegant aesthetics, a thickness of only 20 cm (high efficiency exchanger), ideal in residential buildings. The tangential cross-flow fan with high-silence modulation is controlled by the inverter with a PID algorithm. With transparent LCD, condensate tray, removable fine-weave air filters and water temperature probe. Connections 1/2" M. Remote control as standard; also controllable via Modbus protocol, 3 dry contacts, and Wi-Fi (with the addition of the optional Wi-Fi+ stick).
Water flow shut-off via a 2- or 3-way plumbing kit or a hydronic terminal manifold kit with electrothermal head is recommended (and is mandatory in cooling).
Where it is used
- Each Zephir can be operated completely independently thanks to the infrared remote control provided as standard and the transparent LCD display that shows the temperature at all times. Zephir is Wi-Fi ready and, with the simple Wi-Fi+ device, it can be controlled anywhere without limits. It is also equipped, as standard, with Modbus connectivity.
- In the Zephir Wi-Fi Ready version, simply add the Wi-Fi+ stick to connect the comfosplit to the home Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi+ dongle is compatible with the Smart Life, Alexa and Google Home apps and allows Zephir to be controlled over Wi-Fi anywhere with ease, even by voice.
- Alternatively, Zephir also supports the Modbus protocol, which enables its connection to Integra Benessere, Sollis's simple and advanced ThermoDomotica. From the Integra Touch panel it is possible to control the functions of Zephir from a single point.
- Zephir can be connected to standard three-speed thermostats (such as the Vision+ thermostat) via dry contacts.
